Is there a file size limit for splitting PDFs?
Our tool supports PDF files up to 50MB in size. All processing happens in your browser, so larger files may take longer to process depending on your device's memory and processing power.
How do I select multiple pages to extract?
Simply click on each page thumbnail you want to include. Selected pages will show a green checkmark and a blue border. You can deselect by clicking again, or use the "Deselect all" button to clear your selection.
What's the difference between merge and split mode?

Will splitting a PDF affect the quality of my pages?
No. Our tool preserves the original quality of every page. Text, images, fonts, and formatting remain exactly as they are in the original document. No re-rendering or compression is applied.
Can I rearrange the page order before splitting?
The current tool extracts pages in their original order. If you need to rearrange pages, you can split the pages you need, then use our Merge PDF tool to combine them in your desired order.

What happens to bookmarks and links when I split a PDF?
Internal bookmarks and links that reference pages outside the extracted selection may no longer work in the split files. However, all content, annotations, and form fields on the extracted pages are preserved.
