What does 1 API Credit stands for?
Each 1 API Credit represents a render of 1 image (png, jpg, webp) or a PDF.
What if I run out of API credits?
You will be notified via email when you reach 75% of your API quota for the month that you are running out of credits. Then at 100% usage of your quota you will receive a second email to let you know that you don't have any more API credits for the month and you will need to upgrade to a highter plan to continue generating your renders.
Is there a trial period for the different plans?
Yes! We provide a free plan for new users which includes all essential features for evaluation. Based on your usage requirements, you have the option to upgrade to a more advanced plan.
Where are the images and PDFs stored?
Your images and PDFs are safely stored in AWS S3 and you can retrieve and download those when necessary from your dashboard our via the API.
I don't have any programming knowledge. Can I still use your services?
Absolutely! You can easily design your template with our Drag and Drop editor and integrate with no-code platforms like Zapier to automate your images and PDFs.
Do the plans come with customer support?
Yes, all plans include access to customer support to assist you initial setup and with any queries or concerns. Higher plans offers more detailed and hands-on support.
Can I switch between plans?
Certainly! You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan, at any time, to find the one that best suits your evolving needs.
Are there any hidden fees beyond the displayed cost?
No, the subscription cost covers all the features and API limits listed under each plan. There are no hidden fees or extra charges.
